First..and MOST importantly Camryn FINALLY said Mama. The kid says dog, hi, bye, clucks like a chicken, Dada (for MONTHS), duck, baba and just wouldn't (or couldn't) say mama. Well folks, yesterday was the day:)
The kiddos also finally got to play in the Tupperware cabinet. It is a childhood rite of passage isn't it? They spend the majority of their time in their play area since it is gated and very well child proofed. Since they are walking (running!) so much now we are expanding where they can roam and Dave is putting up some new gates and cabinet locks tomorrow. We thought they should get to check out the mystery that is the cabinets tonight...
And lastly...it's about time that we have HD channels in this house! We've had satellite for YEARS and just today switched over to cable since they include the HD channels and our bill will be cheaper than with satellite..go figure. So far, so good...definitely liking it. For some this is a lame thing to post in a blog..but in this house it's big news! I felt like Alton Brown was just standing in my den.
For those who are wondering, we had a nice Thanksgiving. It flew by so I never posted about it but we went to my Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law's house. The cousins got to play and we ate a ton of yummy food. Happy late Thanksgiving!

C's dress is GORGEOUS! Oh and nice pants she's wearing looking in the cabinets. :-) I dont think mine have figured out yet that the cabinets actually open. Yay for finally saying MAMA!
yay for big news in your house! I do love Camryn's dress for Thanksgiving!
Gavin's and Camryn's Thanksgiving outfits are absolutely precious. Great photos! I think Gavin's big blue eyes are getting even bigger by the day. Yeah! Camryn's finally got the hang of saying "Mama". She probably knew how for a long time but was saving it for just the right moment. The cabinet pictures are so cute. Brings back memories! They look like they're having a lot of fun. Hurray for the new HD and the great room to watch it in. Great job on the reorganization project C & D!
