-they pretended to fix the cabinets with their fingers as screwdrivers
-Camryn had a pet bird (that only she could see)and was showing Gavin how it "flew away up there"
-Gavin told us his "green bean broken, I fix it" and then used his french fry as a screwdriver to repair it.
-they baked their Melissa and Doug cookies in their toy oven and Gavin told me "really hot, cool down" as he handed me one.
-Camryn uses her tea set daily and loves to serve us all kinds of drinks from tea to milk to narnange (orange) juice.
-they both take care of the dolls and Camryn tells her baby to "shhh, it's ok" as she rocks her. By the way, the reason the doll was crying to begin with was because Camryn played demolition derby with the stroller, but that's another post;)
-they cooked for us in their kitchen and handed us all kinds of concoctions on plastic plates.
This morning they dismantled a set of plastic drawers and were using them to slide around the living room. When I asked what they were doing, Gavin replied "skating!" with a tone that suggested it was more than obvious and I should really know these things:)
I've also noticed them making more sounds with things as they play, like G and his cars or giving little squeaky voices to their toy animals and little figures. It's crazy to me how it came seemingly out of nowhere, like a switch just clicked on for both of them one day and they could suddenly pretend. It's always something new around here and I can't wait to see what's next!

Awwww! They're growing up so fast and learning quick how to entertain themselves. That's great that they have such good imaginations!
so cute how they are using their imaginations now!
